At Buck's Brick Shop, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in the same condition it was received.
• Item must be unused and include all original packaging and accessories.
• Any sealed items must remain unopened.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Digital products or downloads
• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Collectibles

Because many of our products are collectibles, we ask that all returned items be free from damage, missing parts, excessive wear, or modifications.

Items returned in a different condition than originally shipped may be subject to a partial refund or denial of the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• Buyer preference or change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Our mistake or a damaged item: we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, simply place a new order after your return has been processed.
